Form 6: New Voter Registration
This form is for citizens registering to vote for the very first time.
Eligibility Criteria
You must be an Indian citizen and 18 years or older on the qualifying date.
Documents Required
- ✓Passport size photograph (Recent, with a white background)
- ✓Age Proof (Birth Certificate, 10th Marksheet, PAN Card, or Aadhaar)
- ✓Address Proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or a recent Utility Bill)
