Form 8: Corrections & Shifting
Use this form if you are already enrolled in the voter list but need to update your details.
When should you use Form 8?
- •Shifting of Residence (Changing your address to a new location)
- •Correction of Entries (Fixing typos in Name, DOB, or Parent's Name)
- •Issue of Replacement EPIC (If your Voter ID card is lost or damaged)
- •Marking as Person with Disability (PwD)
Documents Required
- ✓Proof of the new address (Only required if you are shifting residence)
- ✓Documentary proof of the correct detail (e.g., 10th Marksheet to fix DOB errors)
